KNOWLEDGES at Mount Wilson Observatory
Click Here to see new pictures of Virgo in the House of Qinlong, installed at Mount Wilson Observatory

The picture above is an unpainted preview of 1 of 3 components for my latest large scale sculpture "Virgo in the House of Qinglong" (also, a drawing of Virgo's face can be found on the homepage in the flowchart). Pictured is the Chinese celestial dragon Qinglong based on an image from from a tablet made in 450B.C.. It stands over 13' tall and is just under 17' wide. This dragon frames the other two components of the sculpture and suspends them from it's mouth.
The whole piece will be on view for two days next week:
Saturday, June 23rd, 10am - 7:30pm
Sunday, June 24th, 10am - 5pm
at the Mt. Wilson Observatory as a part of the group show: http://theknowledges.org/index.html
It takes about 45 minutes to get to Mt. Wilson from UCLA. For those that can't make it pictures of the new sculpture will be on my website the week after the show.
